Family Support Program
The Cancer Pathways Family Support Group provides emotional and social support to families dealing with cancer. The group consists of a Children's Art therapy group, for children ages 6-12 who are currently impacted by cancer, and a Parent Networking group, for parents with a child under 18 and dealing with cancer in the family. These two groups meet simultaneously on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:00pm for a 6 week period. Pre-registration is required. The next 6 week offering will begin September 11th, 2018. Children's Art Therapy Group
This support group provides a safe space for children to identify and express their emotions, thoughts and questions related to cancer. The program is available to children who have a family member with cancer, who have recently lost a family member to cancer or have cancer themselves. Children participate in an art therapy project lead by a licensed clinician. Appropriate for children ages 6-12.
Parent Networking Group
This emotional support group offers a space for parents to share and discuss the challenges they face when cancer is in the family. The goal is to normalize the struggles of cancer and provide emotional support. This group is facilitated by a licensed clinician. Appropriate for any parent with children under the age of 18 and currently dealing with cancer in the family.
When: Group will meet on Tuesday Evenings for 6 consecutive weeks
Dates: September 11th, 18th, 25th, October 2nd, 9th and 16th.

New Retreat Just for Teens
September 29-30, 2018
The Teen Retreat is a two day support program for teens ages 14-18 that have a family member with cancer or have cancer themselves. The purpose of this program is to provide a space for teens to identify and appropriately express emotions related to cancer. By connecting with other teens and learning to share their story we hope to normalize the very abnormal challenges of cancer. We want to ensure that no one, including teens, faces cancer alone. Activities will include Drama Therapy, poetry, cooking, social time with other teens and a movie. Meals will be provided. Cancer Pathways hosts fun family social events throughout the year, including a Halloween Carnival, Holiday event, and Spring Carnival open to the general public.

Camp Sparkle is is free, week long day camp for children ages 6-12 who have a loved one with cancer or have cancer themselves. Our mission is to ensure no family has to face cancer alone. Camp is offered in four locations- Seattle, Tacoma, Everett and Bellevue. At Camp, kids experience music, art, crafts, games, exercise, theater, therapy dogs, field trips and much more!
