Join us on Wednesday, May 3rd from 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM for a chance to network and get to know other local health organizations. Have you ever wondered why others don’t know about your programs and resources? How we can help each other bridge gaps and resources? How we can refer to you and you to us? Let’s meet to find out the answers to these questions and more. A FREE homemade lunch will be provided. Come prepared with your business cards, flyers, and brochures, to help us get to know you! Please RSVP below.
The Resource Lunch will be held at Cancer Pathways 1400 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122
Leavenworth Weekend in the Snow
Leavenworth Weekend in the Snow is a gathering of friends who meet annually to celebrate the New Year. Friends for thirty to forty years, raise funds for our programs.
For the past ten years, Team Joy has cycled 200 miles over 2 days through beautiful and scenic back roads in the Seattle to Portland (STP) bicycle ride, raising money to support Cancer Pathways’ programs. They ride in honor of loved ones and have the experience of a lifetime, while raising funds to give back to their community. This year the team rode with 40 riders and 20 support. Team Joy will be organizing other rides throughout the year in various locations around the country.
Seattle Genetics Bike to Work
Seattle Genetics donates $1 per mile for every mile employees bikes to work during one month in each of the past two years, benefiting the health of its employees and supporting our programs.
The One Ride
Inspired by his experience as a Boston Marathon Bombing survivor, Chuck Fury embarked on a lone 14,000 “Miles of Giving” motorcycle ride to the four farthest points in America. He selected us as one of the five beneficiaries from across the country to receive the funds raised from his efforts.
We participate in The Seattle Foundation’s annual GiveBIG. Community members rally to support their favorite charities in a one-day online charitable giving event, making our region healthier and happier.
CBRE Invitational Golf Tournament
CBRE is the recognized global leader in commercial real estate. “With great leadership comes great responsibility—including responsibility to support the communities in which we live and work, and responsibility to share with others our good fortune,” said Brian Jaffe, Senior Managing Director, CBRE Northwest Region Project Management. A portion of the funds raised at the CBRE golf tournament support Cancer Pathways’ programs.
