No one should have to face it alone.
For nearly 30 years, Cancer Pathways has been there when cancer changes everything. We give people facing cancer a place to say the things they may not be able to say anywhere else, surrounded by people who truly understand. We support caregivers and survivors navigating what comes next. And we help children make sense of cancer in their families, while giving them the chance to just be kids again through programs like Camp Sparkle.
Every Cancer Pathways program is provided free of charge.

Our support groups and emotional support give people facing cancer a place to talk openly, connect and be surrounded by others who understand.

We support caregivers and help children understand what’s happening, find connection and simply be kids again through programs like Camp Sparkle.
A Path Forward
Our work begins before a diagnosis and continues long after treatment, from cancer prevention education for students to support through treatment, survivorship, grief, and everything in between.

Surviving with Style brings cancer survivors to the runway to celebrate courage, resilience and life, surrounded by family, friends and a community cheering them on.
As each survivor walks, their story is shared with the room. It’s joyful, emotional, sometimes funny, and a powerful reminder of why this community exists.
For the first time since being diagnosed, I wore a dress that made me feel beautiful. I walked up and down a stage with confidence I hadn’t had since before cancer.”

History of the Fashion Show & Gala
Surviving with Style started in 1998 and, three years later, led to Cancer Pathways opening its red doors on Capitol Hill as Gilda's Club Seattle. Nearly 400 people attended the first show, with 20 cancer survivors walking the runway. It was a huge success and brought the community together in such a special way that we knew Surviving with Style would be something we return to year after year.
After over a quarter-century of Surviving with Style and 670 models participating, it continues to be a privilege and an honor to host this unique event.
