Music and Mindfulness for Adults

Music Works Northwest presents a 3-workshop series focused on the use of music to support wellness. Topics to be explored include mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety, leaving a legacy through music, and music to help cope with loss and grief. Workshops are presented by music therapist Natalie Shannon and Michaela VanCorbach. No previous musical experience is needed.
