Free 8-Week Yoga Series: Yoga for Improved Health and Wellness

Kick off 2017 by exploring and developing a yoga practice every Friday. This series is designed to connect your body, mind and spirit. Learn how to listen for internal cues, practice movement (asanas), and modify your practice based on your unique body needs and desires. We will also utilize different breathing techniques (pranayama), to ease congestion, and to purify and awaken your respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems, as well as the subtle energy channels.
