Jin Shin Jyutsu

October 7, 2021

Presented by Colleen Foye Bollen
Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that uses gentle touch to harmonize the body physically, mentally, and emotionally. Colleen Foye Bollen is a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner with over 20 years of experience, as well as a Reiki master and author.

To enhance the webinar experience, we encourage you to use Colleen’s Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help guide as a reference.

Session 1

During the first session, Colleen provides an introduction to the Jin Shin Jyutsu practice by demonstrating a variety of safety energy locks and techniques for holding your body in different areas.

Session 2

In this second session, Colleen guides viewers through JSJ techniques, specifically focusing on the meaning of each finger and the main central vertical line.

Session 3

In this third and final session, Colleen shares stories (while practicing different finger holds) from people who are living with cancer and how they’ve benefitted from integrating JSJ into their lives. She then discusses opposite fingers and toes and provides viewers with a roadmap and additional resources for continuing JSJ by their own.
